    Default 340SE Stands.

finally got my speakers setup and was curious as to how durable the wooden bracket is that connectes the 340SE mains to their stands? Moving the speakers once mounted is proving troublesome, as only the back is secured, and the rest of the speaker sits on rubber stoppers, and as it moves left and right the wood bracket bends a little. I guess the best thign to do would be to just position the stands first and then mount...

This it the best course of action. How much do you need to move them? Are you just experimenting with position?

Don't attach the bracket and it'll be easier to move the stands and speakers separately. Have a friend come over and two people can move the speakers and stands together. Provided the friend isn't a klutz.
