That's a beaut of a sub. nicely done. I'm not convinced that I'm that good working with wood (sts). I think I'd love to try though.

Congrats, jon! I am expecting it to arrive this week. It uses TA3020, which are capable of doing more than 100W into 8ohm with low distortion figures. Output filter inductors play an important role in SQ. Read this: http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/showt...325#post976325

I'm intrigued with using one as an IB amp. But that thing is huge and modding is beyond my past skill set. Reading the reviews didn't give me any confidence in reliability either.
