Which front mains: CBM-170 or HTM-200?

I'm looking for some suggestions as to the best speakers for my front mains. My predicament is that these speakers must be located in bookshelves. I have been considering the 170's but with a rear port, I might have to take them out of consideration for an inclosed bookshelf application? I'm also looking for a center that will nicely mate with these. Any help here is greatly appreciated.

I think I may be in the same situation as you. I'm currently on the 170SE and 340cSE waiting list. My particular media center is attached to this message (wife won't budge on it, no media center = no HDTV with year-end bonus).

The doors on the far left and right have screens that replace the wood portion of the doors.
