    Default 5.1 Setup with two receivers

    I currently have a 5.1 Ascend 170/Hsu STF-2 setup powered by a Panasonic XR-55. While I really like the performance of the XR-55 with CDs and movies, I'd like to get back into vinyl, so I plan to order one of the new Outlaw RR2150 stereo receivers. Is there any safe way to connect two receivers (one stereo and one surround) to my L/R CBM-170s? Do I need a switch box like the Niles DPS-1? Or can I connect both receivers directly to my 170's binding posts? (This seems like a bad idea to me, but I just don't know.) Any help would be appreciated.

    Never mind. I've abandoned the two-receiver plan. Problem solved.
