New Acsend surrounds?

I have waited fow quite some time for the new ascend sorrounds to come out. Dave said about two years or so ago, when the 340's were new, that they were in the making. Has anyone heard of any movement? You know with Xmas comming up and all.

I'm not familiar with any new surrounds. I just purchased 200's as surrounds and don't anticipate anything new on that end. The multi-directional idea was scrapped for lack of interest some time ago if I remember correctly.

Dave has pretty much said no dipoles in the works.

Floorstanders is my vote for the next product Ascend puts out. Although, I would certainly give di/bipoles a whirl if Ascend put a pair out. (That might also be a reason to get a 7.1 reciever.)

Well I was hoping for more but I do rest assued that to thier benefit Ascend takes thier time before they put products on the market.
