Default Norah Jones: Live from New Orleans

No dts, but very good DD mix. Feels like your at a table at The House of Blues!

I noticed the center channel is not used even though it is a 5.1 mix. Of course, I put my ear to it to verify this, as the 170's imaged her vocals from it.

It's funny that you mention that about the center not being active on that recording. When I'm playing multi-channel music, I can never tell if the center is active or not. The 340's throw up a wall of sound like nobody's business.

Agreed... I get 'phantom center' more with the 340's than I've ever gotten before... including the 170's. It's truly amazing, especially in 'two-chanel-stereo'. There is never a question if they are in phase or not.

For fun you should try running your Ascends out of phase. I did it once and it was entertaining. It was VERY obvious that they were out of phase.
