Have they improved delivery?

We've been using them for almost a year now and have never had problems with their delivery (I think we had two wrong discs so far - the only problems). I have heard that the delivery turn-around depends a lot on your proximity to one of their distribution centers (same goes with Netflix). There's a distribution center in Denver, so that might be why we haven't had problems.
I have been using them for a while now, and have two distribution centers close by.
For me, the issue has been availability of titles, but that seems to have been improved.
