He is coming over for a visit soon - I'll relay his thoughts on my Ascends. He owns $17 000 stereo mains (which I have not yet heard, but am obviosuly very curious to). He takes the subway/bus, stating that he feels speakers are more "crucial" than a car. I think I may be be swaying toward agreeing with him. Good thing Sierras don't force you into that choice. :D
