Rebates Are Coming!

About a week ago President Bush signed into law rebates for most Americans. My understanding is broken down this way
Families, married couples get $1,200. plus $300.per child.
individuals $600.

It is the the hope of the President, and the Congress that we spend this money to help kickstart the economy.

It is believed that aprox. 72% of us will do just that spend it. I have to admit I may be in the market for a new pair of Ascend speakers.

Some people believe this is to little too late. Others think that a second round of rebates may be needed(I'm for that).

I heard rebate checks are to start being issued asap, but also heard mid-spring (May).
