What did you do that Dr. Hsu is holding out on you? :)

I just poked around on the Hsu forum and didn't see these there either.

someone posted them on the Hsu forum a few weeks ago.

when I was there...they were still waiting on shipment of things...so this stuff could be some of it.

That's really a 6"x9" driver and not a 16"x9". I'm skeptical on both of these items until I hear them. A 6"x9" driver for a sub? That's less surface area than an 8" driver (actually, slightly less than a 7.5" driver).

I'm not sure what to make of the surround speaker, it's certainly an interesting arrangement of drivers.

Would these two components be part of a new Hsu HTIB offering?? Maybe something in conjunction with the Ventriloquist??

I was pretty skeptical of the STF-1 before I heard it as well, so in regards to that V-Slim sub, I am less skeptical now than I would have been.

I'd have to hear that surround speaker though.

"That's really a 6"x9" driver and not a 16"x9". "

That looks exactly like the speakers I had a long time ago in my 78 Ford. I always wondered what happened to the car. It appears Dr. Hsu bought it. Wonder if he'll incorporate the hanging velvet dice into his new products. http://forum.ascendacoustics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

I think I saw your '78 the other day! Fuzzy dice AND a "bobbing head" dog in the back window! :D
