These are two movies that, for me, capture perfectly the pre-2000 "near future" vibe of cyberpunk. Once you were in the year 2000, you were in the future! :cool:

I've watched The Fifth Element movie like 6 times, yet i never noticed that his hat is a picture of the hallway. That is the smartest crack head i've ever seen.

The Fifth Element is one of my favorites, just a wonderful goofball sci-fi action comedy with a great soundtrack. The relatively recent re-release (4K and Atmos) is lovely.
