I'm looking to upgrade from my Studio-20 V5s in my 2ch music only system.
I want to stick with bookshelf spkrs and the Sierra-2s have caught my interest.
Looking for bit more bass extension and more refined mids/highs. I like my Studios but that are on the bright side and can be fatiguing listening for a long spell.
I want a significant upgrade in quality. Would I get this with the S2s?
Another speaker I am looking into is the Nola Boxer-2.
Thx,
Rob

I think the Raal tweeter in the Sierra-2's is exactly what you're looking it is detailed without being bright or harsh. I would expect the midrange to sound clearer and more realistic as well. I replaced Paradigm Monitor 5's with Sierra-1's and that was a huge improvement to me. The only way for you to know if this is a 'significant' improvement to you would be to try them out yourself.
