Which and why? I have had a HSU VTF-3 and I'm thinking of putting together a new system and will be considering these 2 for the sub. Any thoughts or anyone who has listened to them both? Thanks.

which rythmik are you thinking of? there are sealed and vented, 12 and 15", 350 and 600watt outputs variations. there is also spl you need to take into consideration, as well as placement options. if i had 800 dollars i'd go with a rythmik f12g, personally.

note: i have neither :\

I think they are rather similar from what I gather (f15 and vtf-15h) with the strong exception that the rythmik is a very distinct technology as well this box is sealed... the f15 possibly goes lower than the vtf in sealed mode as well, if that matters.
again, if I had a grand I'd probably spring for the rythmik; maybe someone who actually has heard both could chime in though :)

one last thing is this nice post about how awesome rythmik really is, sums much of it up i believe: http://forums.audioholics.com/forums/showpost.php?p=786574&postcount=36
