I was looking at rythmic website, and it apears that the frequency response spec and crossover range are different then what is listed here on ascend web site.

Frequency response D15SE and F15 are 14 - 90 Hz (rythmic website)
Frequency response D15SE and F15 are 14-90HZ for the D15se and 14-100HZ for the F15
Also it apears that the crossover range is 25-100 (rythmic) where as here are 40-100.

Can someone from ascend confirm?

thanks

You haven't got any answer probably because nobody is in a better position to answer it than I am. Both D15 and F15 has the same spec. They use the same driver and amp combination. The crossover range is 25-100hz. The 40-100hz was from models three years ago. I must have a stale webpage from which Dave copied the spec.

My sincere apologies! That is a mistake on our part. I think Brian is right, we probably copied the info from an older (outdated) page. We have been swamped here but we will make the corrections to the site this weekend.

Thats cool, things got sort out!
A question to rythmicaudio, i was wondering, the frequency response shown at the website is between 14-90hz, what setting is this on the amp and is it possible that the frequency response will roll at higher frequency with different setting?
Thanks

The new amps which will start shipping at the end of this month have a new setting "LFE" in the low pass filter selector. It will extend the frequency response to 180hz. However, I would still recommend customers to AVR/12 setting to limit the bandwidth to below 90hz. It is a subwoofer. Let the frequency go up to 180hz does not really make sense. If anyone wants to xover at 100hz, he would need to have two subwoofers and use it as stereo subs.
