For anyone interested in Franks music, the DVD Zappa plays Zappa is an amazing dvd. Done by Dweezil and Steve Vie and a couple of others that at one time played with Frank, plus some younger players. In my opinion it is an astonishingly good concert, just short of 4 hours of wonderful music.

Hey man...Huge Zappa fan here. I purchased this knowing Dweezil was playing with Steve Vai. Well I must say the musicians were outstanding, a wonderful tribute to Frank and a sure way to enjoy my Sierra's.:D

Zappa was no doubt a brilliant composer, musician, and human being. Yes, I'm a big fan too. I first heard Zappa, in 66, with the Mothers of Invention album, 2Lps titled Freak Out. I was hooked. Admittedly, I was only 14yrs old. I have seen many classic rock n roll bands in my time ,but sadly, never seen Zappa live. Gladly, for us he has left some very great music.
