340 Mains Horizontally Mounted

If you tell Ascend you are going to be mounting them horizontally they will send you 340 mains that are meant to be mounted horizontally. I'm using 340 rear surrounds mounted horizontally.

Beyond the tweeter mounting I don't know what the difference is between horizontal mains and the regular mains. Perharps EXBAC is 340c only.

My guess is that they would rotate the diffuser on the tweeter to accomodate horizontal placement. They may also suggest the EXBAC crossover if the placement situation would require it. Best to call Ascend for their reccomendation.
