Well, it's time to clear things out so the house looks pretty for showing and so we have less to move cross-country. So, I'm selling off a number of things and I'll be restructuring all of my setups on the other side. Locals: Don't miss the larger local sale only items at the bottom.

All prices include PayPal fees, but do not include shipping. Buyer to pay actual shipping costs (unless otherwise requested, I'll ship using FedEx ground - it has been cheaper than UPS ground).

SOLD - Onix A-120 MkI (includes original box and manual) - $300

This is a beefy integrated amp and is a great deal if you don't need the remote or headphone jack found on the MkII. Dual mono design with two big toroid transformers putting out 120W/channel into 8 ohms. Cosmetics match the CD-5SE for those looking for an attractive combo.

SOLD - Pioneer DV-563a universal DVD player (includes original box, remote and manual) - $40 - New lower price

The original affordable universal player. It's successors improved the DVD playback, but added PCM conversion to SACD playback. The 563a does not do PCM conversion on SACD.

SOLD - Audio Alchemy DDE 3.0 DAC (includes print-out of manual and schematics, and BNC to RCA adapter) - $110 - New lower price

A classic DAC at a killer price. The AA pieces are a bit finicky: you must unplug the power from the wall, not between the power supply and the DAC. This one tweaked out on me after I did that once, but has been running fine. I have used both the coax and optical inputs, but not the i2s so I can't promise the i2s works.

SOLD - **** Wave Radio (includes original manual and remote) - $50

I inherited this when my grandmother passed. It's mostly been sitting in the closet, but the radio and aux input both work well. Includes original paperwork showing purchase in ??? and service in 2002.

OneAC isolation transformer - $20

I bought this from an AudioCircle member who added some dampening and ERS cloth. It's a lower current version - could be used with sources or a pre-amp, but not an amp.

Some LP's: I don't know value on these off-hand, so we'll have to work that out. The Tori's were unused when bought and only played a couple of times each.

Tori Amos - Little Earthquakes
Tori Amos - Under the Pink (pink vinyl)
Tori Amos - Boys for Pele (clear vinyl)
Miles Davis - Sketches of Spain (looks like I paid $10)
Billie Holiday - Lady Day Swings the Blues (label says $20, but I think I paid $10)
Various - The Silver Years Capitol Records 25th anniversary

Some misc stuff in varying condition, some not good.
20 Discwasher VRP sleeves

Outlaw Audio 950/750 combo - $650 - New lower price
Update - available shipped for $35 more plus actual shipping costs (Outlaw will ship me proper boxes/packing materials for $35)

I got a great deal on this combo, so I'm passing it along - this is a crazy good price. Heck, this is a good price for just the amp. Local sale because I don't have boxes (I have one of the boxes, but it's in bad shape). Includes original remote but not manuals. PDF manuals are available from Outlaw (and I can provide them as well).

Local sale only:

InFocus 4805 projector with 76" pull-down screen, universal ceiling mount and Hoya ND2 filter - $500

Another crazy good deal for locals. Only 121 total hours on the projector (original bulb). This is a killer setup for regular DVDs and SDTV. Mount is heavy-duty. Hoya ND2 filter is the AVS recommended accessory for this projector and I have always used it. Includes original projector box, M1 to VGA adapter and 30' s-video cable (not exactly sure of s-video cable length). The video chip in the projector makes great work of basic sources.

Maple and cherry flexi rack - $50

I bought these pre-made maple plywood with cherry trim shelves from Eight Nerve on closeout and built a felxi style rack with them. Each shelf is a bit smaller than 24"x20" and the threaded rods are 36". You can adjust the shelf heights as much as you want.

30" speaker stands - free if you buy anything else locally

These stands are metal with a black textured finish. Right now they have felt pads on the bottom for the tile floor, but I also have a set of spikes for them. Because they are light weight, they are not the most stable once a speaker is on top, but they work fine in low traffic areas.

Jumbo corner bass trap using "acoustic cotton" - free if you pick up

I had played with cotton based room treatments in the past and had a bunch left over, so I made this puppy. 4' tall, 2'x2' triangle with burlap wrapping and plywood top and bottom.

Under consideration for sale:

ACI Titan XL subwoofer (cherry finish)

I won this in one of the charity raffles here and it's a great sub. I haven't decided if I want to sell it yet, but if you're interested, drop me a note.

Sharp SD-SG11

This is one of the Sharp 1-bit units. This one has built-in CD and MiniDisc players. It has optical and analog inputs as well as a line out. It makes for a great 2.0 or 2.1 setup if your computer has an optical out (this is what I have used it for). I'm torn on selling it, but if you're interested, make an offer. Includes remote, but not original box.

The black item on this page: http://sharp-world.com/products/1-bit/sd-nx10/index.html

And anything else you can convince me to sell.

Is the Outlaw 950 a "blue dot" version? Any issues with it or the amp?

Is the Outlaw 950 a "blue dot" version? Any issues with it or the amp?

I have not had any issues with either unit. I don't know much about 950 versions - what's the easiest way to tell versions?

Some early 950's had minor issues. If they were modified by Outlaw to address these issues they had a red or blue dot placed on them (on the back panel I would assume).

I asked Outlaw about the "dots" and received this reply:

Your unit not having a 'dot' would only indicate that it was shipped after the very narrow window of time in which these models were available without certain updates. You will find very few Model 950's that have these dot indicators at all.

Brad,

What are the specs on that outlaw amp? I know its a 5 ch, but how many watts/ch?

I may be interested in the amp but not the pro/pro. Would you split the sale and how much for the one?

Thanks,
Brandon

Here's the spec sheet on the Outlaw 750:

Thanks Chas.

As the spec sheet indicates, the 750 puts out 165W into 8 ohms or 250 W into 4 ohms. They were built for Outlaw by ATI.

I would prefer to sell them as a set and would probably go to ebay or audiogon if I had to break them since they would go for more that way (the 950 currently sells for ~$300 and the 750 comes up for sale so rarely that it's hard to price, but I'd expect ~$500 on ebay or audiogon).

Understandable. I will think more about it and get back to you. Great combo for the price for someone in the market!

Good luck with the move,
Brandon
