Hey all,
I am looking for some help mounting my side surrounds on drywall. I just finished installing the monoprice speaker mounts, but they couldnt hold the speakers straight. So i am looking for ideas to mount my htm-200's on the sidewalls, which are drywall.
Looking from the back the screw holes are supposed to be low, not high correct?

I am currently using the omnimounts with the 170SE's. not the htm 200's. In my case I have added a small piece of wood between the back of the speaker and the drywall, this holds the speaker at the level I want. It isn't attached in any way just sitting there with the weight of the speaker holding it in place. I suspect that may work in your case.
