Dave seems to be what makes ascend what it is. Despite the company missions statements, it's quality would likely slip and prices rise without him around to run the show.

So my question is, when it's time (hopefully very far in the future) for dave to "spend more time with his family", do you think you will sell it off? Bring in a hand picked management team?

My vote is willy wonka style. Stick those golden wrappers out there in the world, and look for someone as selflessly dedicated to ear candy as you, and hand it over for the good of everyone.

Would you be assuming Dave would still do the design and engineering worK? If someone were to take the reigns, I would want to know the R&D talent pool was still there.
