i decided to get some banana plugs to use b/c my receiver is hard to reach and these will be easier to plug in and out.

i ordered these http://monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=104&cp_id=10401&cs_id=1040115&p_id=2801&seq=1&format=2&style=

i failed to read the fact that these are solder plugs, however. i guess i don't mind going out to get an iron and some solder, but i still have no idea how to solder them properly.

anyone have instructions or advice about how to proceed? i was all looking forward to getting my new htm-200 surrounds connected, and now i have to wait til i figure out how to terminate my wire with these plugs :(

If you read the customer reviews on monoprice you can see that many people have used these without solder.
