Using the link on the web site of custservice@ascendacoustics.com, I've sent two emails starting on April 15th and again on the 18th requesting pricing information on the Pearlized White option on the 170SE's...and no response.

Definitely not typical. Could your spam filter be filtering out their response?
Best bet is to call. Their number is listed under the support tab.

I did have an issue once where my ISP filtered out replies from Ascend for some strange reason.

Nothing was filtered but I received an email response this morning and I will follow up.

does anyone at ascend answer the sales@ascendacoustics.com e-mail address? i sent a few to that addy and have received no response, but i did only send them this morning. i guess i'll wait and then call if i don't receive a response by next week.

Give them some time. It has never taken them more than a day or so to answer my questions.
